Custom options include standard grade, glass fiber filled, conductive and antistatic modified types. The pipes feature outstanding corrosion resistance against acids, alkalis and organic solvents, with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 130℃. Smooth inner surface prevents scaling; high purity ensures no precipitation alongside good pressure and creep resistance. Futegao PVDF pipes are extruded integrally at high temperature from premium-grade PVDF pellets. Our product range covers straight pipes, coiled tubes, flanged pipes and thick-wall anti-corrosion fittings with full specifications from DN16 to DN450, alongside complete matching PVDF fittings including elbows, tees and flanges. 


Specially engineered for conveying highly corrosive fluids, these pipes are widely applied in harsh working conditions such as chemical hydrometallurgy, electroplating pickling, high-purity chemical liquid delivery for semiconductors and waste liquid transportation in new energy industries. Custom special grades including glass fiber modified, antistatic and conductive PVDF pipes are available on request.

Superior Chemical Corrosion Resistance

Resists strong acids & alkalis at pH 1–14, bromine water, strong oxidants, organic extractants and organic solvents. No swelling, leakage or cracking during long-term service with saturated bromine water at ambient temperature and various pickling solutions. It can replace stainless steel and FRP to avoid pipeline perforation and liquid leakage caused by corrosion.

Stable Temperature Resistance for Wide Application Range

Continuous operating temperature: -40℃~130℃. Dimension remains stable under alternating hot-cold conditions; no softening at high temperature with corrosive fluids nor brittle fracture at low temperature, ideal for fluid delivery on continuous production lines.

Smooth Inner Wall to Prevent Scaling & Blockage

Dense and smooth inner surface from extrusion molding inhibits adhesion of suspended solids and salts, minimizing pipe clogging and cutting maintenance & cleaning costs for steady fluid transportation.

Outstanding Mechanical Property with High Impact & Creep Resistance

High rigidity, excellent water pressure and impact resistance. Superior anti-creep performance versus PP and PE, free of permanent deformation under long-term pressure. Joints are hot-melt welded with PVDF welding rod; weld strength matches base material for reliable tightness.

High Purity with Zero Precipitation

Made of 100% virgin PVDF without recycled materials; no heavy metal or impurity precipitation to keep high-purity chemicals and electronic-grade raw materials uncontaminated, complying with clean transmission requirements for semiconductor, pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries.

Insulative & Flame Retardant for Safe Operation

UL94 V‑0 flame retardant grade with self-extinguishing feature after flame removal. Good electrical insulation suits chemical fluids prone to static hazard, realizing safer explosion-proof and anti-corrosion piping
